Setting Up Company Information

Configure your organization's profile information in Monk, including company name, logo, and billing address. This information appears on invoices and customer communications.

Overview

The Company settings page allows you to customize how your organization appears on invoices and other documents sent to customers. You can set up:

  • Company Logo - Your brand logo displayed on invoices

  • Company Information - Display name and legal entity name

  • Billing Address - Your organization's billing address

Accessing Company Settings

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar navigation

  2. The Company tab is selected by default

Uploading Your Company Logo

Your company logo appears on invoices and other customer-facing documents.

Requirements

  • File format: PNG

  • Maximum size: 2MB

Managing Your Logo

  • To view your current logo, check the preview in the Company Logo section

  • To delete your logo, click the X icon next to the filename

Setting Up Company Information

Company information includes your display name (DBA) and legal entity name.

Steps

  1. In the Company Information section, click Edit

  2. Enter your Company Name (DBA) - this is how your company appears to customers

  3. Enter your Legal Entity Name - your official business name for legal documents

  4. Click Save to apply changes

Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes.

Configuring Your Billing Address

Your billing address appears on invoices and settlement documents.

Steps

  1. In the Billing Address section, click Edit

  2. Fill in all required fields:

    • Street Address

    • City

    • State/Province

    • ZIP/Postal Code

    • Country

  3. Click Save to apply changes

Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes.

Troubleshooting

Logo Upload Fails

  • Wrong format: Ensure your logo is in PNG format. Other formats (JPG, GIF, SVG) are not supported

  • File too large: Reduce your logo file size to under 2MB

Changes Not Saving

  • Ensure all required fields are filled out

  • Check that you clicked the Save button

Logo Not Appearing on Invoices

  • Allow a few minutes for changes to propagate

  • Generate a new invoice to see the updated logo

  • Ensure the logo was successfully uploaded (shows preview in settings)
